 Reprint and Refund Policy

We stand behind every Spirited Fem tee. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — we'll make it right immediately with a full reprint or refund, no return shipping required. Simply contact us within 30 days and we'll sort it out, no fuss. 😊

Eligibility for Refund or Reprint  

Because every Spirited Fem tee is custom printed just for you, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size or colour selection. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering — it's there to help you get the perfect fit first time.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we're happy to offer a full reprint or refund. To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please provide:  

  • A photo clearly showing the damage or misprint
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your preference for a reprint or refund

For Refund 
Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@spiritedfem.com and we'll chase it up straight away.

For Reprint 
Once approved, we'll process your reprint immediately and send you a confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as they're available from our supplier.

No Return Shipping Required ⭐️

We never ask you to ship anything back. Instead we encourage you to donate any unwanted items to a charity of your choice — because good things should keep doing good. 💙

Time Frame

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@spiritedfem.com. This allows us to resolve your issue quickly and get you sorted as soon as possible.

Packaging Damage

We're unable to accept claims for damage to postage packaging unless the product inside was also damaged. Unfortunately postal services are outside our control — but if your tee is damaged we absolutely want to know.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
