Shipping Policy
At Spirited Fem, all items are made to order, which means each piece is created especially for you once your order is placed.
Production Time
- Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced
- During busy periods or for specialised items, production may take up to 7–10 business days
Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete:
- Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
⚠️ Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.
Carriers & Tracking
Orders are fulfilled through Printify and trusted print providers (including Monster Digital) and shipped using carriers such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the best available option.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Lost Packages
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
